Ingredients

  • 500ml orange juice
  • 100ml vodka
  • 100ml gin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 500ml sparkling wine

Directions

  1. In a jug, combine the orange juice, vodka, gin, sugar, and fruit. Stir everything together thoroughly.
  2. Fill 6 glasses halfway with ice and pour the drink over it. To finish, pour sparkling wine into each glass.

Tip: This dish was originally made with Valencian oranges, but any orange juice would suffice. To prepare ahead of time, create the drink as directed above and chill until ready to serve. Simply add the fizz when serving.
