Baked crispy kale recipe

Ingredients
- 400g kale
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice
- 1 tbsp light brown soft sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, and fan 180°C.
- Spread the kale on two baking trays and drizzle with the oil.
- Scrunch it with your hands to distribute the oil.
- Mix the five-spice, sugar, and sesame seeds and sprinkle over the kale, then roast for 7 mins.
- Toss well, then roast for 5 mins until crispy.
