Blackberry, elderflower and gin fizz recipe

Ingredients
- 200g blackberries, plus extra to serve
- One lime, cut into wedges, plus extra to serve
- 200ml dry gin
- ice cubes
- 250ml Tesco Finest Cox's apple and elderflower pressé
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and finely sliced, to serve
Method
- Put the blackberries and lime wedges into a small jug and muddle together with the end of a rolling pin or wooden spoon. Add the gin and stir well.
- Half fill a large jug or pitcher with ice cubes. Strain the flavored gin into the pitcher, discarding the leftover blackberry seeds and lime peel.
- Top up the pitcher with the apple and elderflower pressé and garnish with extra blackberries, lime wedges, and apple slices.
