- 2 x 145g packs pizza base mix
- 1 tsp olive oil, plus extra for greasing
- 2½ tbsp tomato purée
- 1-2 tbsp chilli sauce (such as Frank's or sriracha)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp clear honey
- 100g grated mozzarella
- 100g bunch spring onions, trimmed and halved lengthways
- 200g cauliflower florets, thinly sliced
- 100g vegetarian hard blue cheese, broken into small pieces
- 5g chives, snipped
- To pack instructions, prepare the pizza base mixes. Each one should be rolled out to a 24cm circular. Set aside for 10 minutes to proof on buttered baking pans.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 200°C, gas 7. Season after mixing together the tomato purée, chili sauce, oil, paprika, and 1 teaspoon honey. Spread the mixture evenly across the pizza bases. Mozzarella, spring onions, cauliflower, and blue cheese go on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and well cooked. To serve, drizzle with the remaining honey and scatter the chives over top.
Need to know: Cauliflower can be frozen in the following manner: blanch the florets, open freeze, then transfer to freezer bags.
