Buffalo Cauliflower And Blue Cheese Pizzas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 x 145g packs pizza base mix
  • 1 tsp olive oil, plus extra for greasing
  • 2½ tbsp tomato purée
  • 1-2 tbsp chilli sauce (such as Frank's or sriracha)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp clear honey
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • 100g bunch spring onions, trimmed and halved lengthways
  • 200g cauliflower florets, thinly sliced
  • 100g vegetarian hard blue cheese, broken into small pieces
  • 5g chives, snipped

Directions

  1. To pack instructions, prepare the pizza base mixes. Each one should be rolled out to a 24cm circular. Set aside for 10 minutes to proof on buttered baking pans.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 200°C, gas 7. Season after mixing together the tomato purée, chili sauce, oil, paprika, and 1 teaspoon honey. Spread the mixture evenly across the pizza bases. Mozzarella, spring onions, cauliflower, and blue cheese go on top.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and well cooked. To serve, drizzle with the remaining honey and scatter the chives over top.

Need to know: Cauliflower can be frozen in the following manner: blanch the florets, open freeze, then transfer to freezer bags.
