1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Classic Meatloaf Recipe: A Comfort Food Favorite


Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well with your hands until everything is evenly combined.
