Frozen banana custard with concrete chunks recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup concrete chunks (crushed cookies, nuts, or other mix-ins of your choice)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the bananas, then freeze the slices for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a large bowl, whip together the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the concrete chunks together.
  4. In a food processor or blender, blend the frozen banana slices until they are smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold the whipped cream mixture into the blended banana mixture until fully combined.
  6. Scoop the mixture into a freezer-safe container, then sprinkle the concrete chunks on top.
  7. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Scoop the frozen custard into bowls and serve. Enjoy!
