- 2 celery stalks, chopped plus some to serve
- 500ml tomato juice
- 25g kale leaves
- squeeze lemon juice (optional)
- Tabasco, to taste
- To make a juice, juice the celery and kale leaves separately, then combine with the remaining ingredients.
Tip: Place the celery stalks and kale leaves in a food processor to produce a smoothie. After that, add the tomato juice and whiz everything together until smooth. Toss in the lemon juice and Tabasco sauce to taste. To serve, garnish with a celery stick.
