- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- ¼ cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 4 mint leaves, only
- 1/2 lime, juice only
- 100ml (3 1/2fl oz) sparkling water
- Blend all of the ingredients in a juicer.
- Put the sparkling water into the cups and divide between them.
Tip: To make a smoothie, combine the apple, cucumber, lime juice, and 4 mint leaves with the water in a blender. Blend everything together until it's completely smooth. More mint sprigs and ice should be added to the glasses. To serve, divide the juice between the glasses and top with sparkling water.
