Morning zinger breakfast smoothie

- 150g (5oz) honeydew or galia melon, deseeded and roughly chopped
- 300g (10oz) pineapple, cored and roughly chopped
- 1 celery stalk, roughly chopped
- 4cm piece (2in) ginger, roughly chopped
- 30g spinach,
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients with 300ml (1/2pt) chilled water. For 1 minute, or until totally smooth, blend on high for 1 minute.
- Divide the mixture among four tall glasses to serve.
