Oat and banana smoothie

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Quaker Rolled Oats
- 2 bananas, peeled and frozen overnight
- 600ml whole milk
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon.
- Serve immediately.
