Summer sparkler

Ingredients

  • 75cl bottle Tesco Finest Provence rosé
  • 3 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 10 sprigs mint
  • large handful ice
  • 500ml sparkling water

Directions

  1. In a large jug, combine the rosé and agave nectar. Squeeze the lemon and lime slices over the top before tossing in the herbs.
  2. Add the ice and sparkling water and stir to mix. In glasses, serve.

Tip: Replace the rosé with cranberry juice to make a mocktail.
