Valentine's gin fizz recipe

Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 160g frozen summer fruit mix
  • 50ml gin
  • 300ml raspberry and rose lemonade, chilled
  • ½ lemon, juiced, plus extra slices to garnish

Directions

  1. In two tall glasses, divide the ice cubes and frozen fruit.
  2. Fill each glass halfway with gin and the raspberry and rose lemonade (approximately 150ml each). Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir the drink with a long spoon or skewer.
  3. Serve immediately with a lemon slice as a garnish.
